Beam Adjustment Mechanism (BAM)

The Beam Adjustment Mechanism model uses a laser and a Risley prism (wedges) to move a beam of light through the opening in the top of the model’s housing. The BAM has a battery powered electronics box that also functions as the models base, with a battery gauge and buttons for actuating both motors that drive the internal and external cylinders (which serve as the wedge optic mounts), in addition to a speed adjustment for motor control in both directions.
